6:30 AM Lobby open to Volunteers
7:00 AM Transition Opens
7:30 AM Race Package Pickup and Body Marking (Pool Lobby)
8:15 AM Mandatory Pre-Race Meeting (Adult Sprint, TAT, Adult Relays and Duathlon)
8:30 AM 15 Minute Swim Warm-up Available
Swim seeding will be a mixture of Individual and Relay participants that makes
the best use of the eight lanes in the pool.
8:45 Marshalling (Swim caps distributed in Marshalling)
9:00 AM Swim Start (TAT, Sprint and Adult Relays)
9:00 AM Duathlon Start
9:15 AM KOS and Family Relay Check in
9:45 AM KOS and Family Relay Marshalling
10:00 AM KOS and Family Relay Start
11:00 – 12:00 Noon BBQ Lunch
11:30 – 12:00 Noon Awards Ceremony
