Family Relay
A new feature, in 2024, based on requests is the Family Relay using the age 10-11 course, (200m swim, 6k bike, 2k run). The intent of the Family Relay is to satisfy requests for a relay in which teams of children/cousins/friends and/or parents and children can race performing single parts of the race much as a team of adults would do for the TAT and Sprint relay options. The Family Relay will start during KOS swim start and no member of the team will go on Highway #2 and will stay on the KOS cycle and run course
